1. Eligibility for Exchange & Returns
We accept exchanges or returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item was not part of a sale, promotion, or clearance offer (unless damaged or defective).
- Cosmetic or personal care items are only eligible for return if the item is received damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used, washed, or altered products.
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.
- Products damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling.
3. How to Request an Exchange or Return
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support

- Attach clear photos of the product if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Step 2: Wait for Approval
- Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 2 business days.
Step 3: Ship the Product Back
- For approved requests, you will need to send the product back to us at the provided address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
4. Exchange Process
- If you wish to exchange a product, specify the item you want in exchange (subject to availability).
- If the exchange item has a price difference, the customer must pay the balance amount.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:
- The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, and a replacement is not available.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
6. Important Notes
- We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds and exchanges are processed only after the returned item passes our quality check.
