1. Eligibility for Exchange & Returns

We accept exchanges or returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The item was not part of a sale, promotion, or clearance offer (unless damaged or defective).
• Cosmetic or personal care items are only eligible for return if the item is received damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used, washed, or altered products.
• Customized or personalized orders.
• Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.
• Products damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling.

3. How to Request an Exchange or Return

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support

• Attach clear photos of the product if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Step 2: Wait for Approval

• Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 2 business days.

Step 3: Ship the Product Back

• For approved requests, you will need to send the product back to us at the provided address.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

4. Exchange Process

• If you wish to exchange a product, specify the item you want in exchange (subject to availability).
• If the exchange item has a price difference, the customer must pay the balance amount.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

• The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, and a replacement is not available.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

6. Important Notes

• We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds and exchanges are processed only after the returned item passes our quality check.
